i've been reading your guys' posts for a while now and you have really helped me keep on track, but lately i've been falling off track ...badly. i just binged on chips, ice cream, chicken strips and chocolate milk and purged.. before that i hadnt eaten for 3 days. i was doing pretty well... i love that feeling you get after not eating for a few days, that pure,detoxified feeling, you know?and then once you eat you get that diguisting bloated feeling. i also havent really had time to excercise lately anyone have any tips how to burn alot of cals in a short amount of time? help me keep focused!
