this suckkks. it was my 6 months aniiversary with the bf this weekend so i went out for dinner and ate soo much and drank so much last night, i dont even want to think of how many cals. i dont know if i should fast or just restrict?. help... i feel disguisting and gained like 2 pounds.

soo ive plateaued. this is so stupid. i hate weighing myself everyday and seeing the same number. i'm on 2468( second cycle) and ive been the same weight for 2 1/2 days. i'm going to be restricting after friday hopefully that helps. any tips?

okay so i'm on my second cycle of 2468 then i'm doing 500 a day for a while. yesterday i tried to start 0-2468 and binged and purged. but luckily i still lost a pound.. not even close to what my goal weight is though still like 20 pounds to go. if anyone wants to do this with me let me know support would be rad.

Ive been failing miserably lately. I tried to start 2468 today and i ate cake,chips and a tofu burger and purged.i need to get it together...

i've been reading your guys' posts for a while now and you have really helped me keep on track, but lately i've been falling off track ...badly. i just binged on chips, ice cream, chicken strips and chocolate milk and purged.. before that i hadnt eaten for 3 days. i was doing pretty well... i love that feeling you get after not eating for a few days, that pure,detoxified feeling, you know?and then once you eat you get that diguisting bloated feeling. i also havent really had time to excercise lately anyone have any tips how to burn alot of cals in a short amount of time? help me keep focused!
